This vest was originally designed as a jacket. The assignment for my pattern development class was to re-create a runway look by studying and analyzing a garment image. I drafted a pattern and reconstructed the garment using professional methods and practices.

Once the assignment was completed, I decided the jacket looked best as a vest, and altered it to fit my preferences.
